Job description Compounding & dispensing for indoor & outdoor patient department. Preparation & sterilization of inject able medicine. Filling & labelling of medical containers. Proper dispensing of narcotic medicine. Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine. Maintains of sufficient stock for emergency medicine. Checking of the quality of the sources of purchase of all medicine, chemicals antibiotics, biological products & other pharmaceutical preparation. Detailing about medicine to physicians, internees & nurses etc. Maintainers of proper system of all records. Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine. Planning & executing the pharmacy. Cooperating in the teaching program. Maintaining daily track record of Medicines in register as well as on Software as it is useful. Should have conversation with patient regarding the availability of medicine which is required to them during their chemotherapy.
